Appearance: Muscular and imposing, his figure is intimidating to any he might come across, though his often jovial face offsets this frightening air about him. Usually wears long sleeved shirt of white across the sleeves of which are printed "JUSTICE" in black and a pair of green pants along with matching colored boots. Makes sure to always keep his white cap tied across his neck, and despite its impracticality in battle, garment is akin to a uniform for him, it's unmarked and reaches from his neck to his shins. Does well to keep himself in a presentable manner which contributes to him being called somewhat handsome.

Personality: Regalo is a somewhat childish person, both in demeanor and rationale. He often doesn't think things through all the way, only following a strict moral compass of black and white, and he sees no gray area between the two in terms of morality. Regalo is prone to making brash statements and following through, a testament to his surprising courage. Though his occupation might make him out to be a somewhat nefarious character, Regalo is in fact only in the trade as it allows him to put a beat-down on the "bad guys" without having to be directly part of the marines. He's extremely arrogant, and is utterly flabbergasted when people say they've never heard of him or of the comics he is such a big fan of, additionally, he'll sometimes take on jobs too big for himself, forcing him to escape by the skin of his teeth. Has an encyclopedic knowledge of a few series of comic books delivered to him by News Coos, but is fairly dim otherwise, though he has been known to on rare occasions identify the gambit or trick used by opponent through reference of the reading material.

Hates being told what to do, and has a childlike stubbornness about him, refusing to adhere to what many say unless there's money or sweets in it for him. Though he's an ever worse leader than he is a subordinate, often telling allies to simply stand behind him, Regalo is too interested in keeping those around him safe, even those who could probably defend themselves better than Regalo might be able to. With some, however this can inspire respect. He's also an extremely corny person, and loves yelling out the names of his attacks as he strikes, just like the characters he loves reading about.

He's quick to punish, but if he can, he'll bring in his targets alive, and has a particular distaste for killing them himself. Loves to stop at cities and patrol them for crime, in the form of petty actions and major syndicates, Regalo is quick to crush any he comes across. Though he does like getting into adventurous brawls with foes, his priority is always to protect those that might otherwise get caught in the crossfire. He can quickly become enamored with fellow crime fighters, and anyone willing to risk their safety for that of others no matter who they might be, this is especially so for fellow "heroes" with flashy abilities or skills that catch the eye of Regalo.

Despises pirates almost universally, minor criminals to Warlords, and it would take a lot of convincing for him to show any mercy to a pirate he comes across. His stance on Revolutionaries is somewhat neutral, and he won't attack them out of any preconceived notion, but upon finding that they're committing crimes that hurt people, he'll immediately step in to stop them. Due to his work for the marines he's passive towards them, but still wary of their corruption and sometimes illegitimate actions.

Likes: Comic Books, especially his favorite a superhero comic called "Solo Dragon" starring one of Regalo's idols, superhero Iron Dragon.
Cookies, he's got a pretty big sweet tooth, though cookies are his preferred baked good.
His Cape, what he refers to as the mark of a true hero, Regalo treasures his cape, though it's often slashed, hacked, yanked, and ripped, Regalo always ensures to have it repaired as best as possible.

Dislikes: Pirates, as said before, even saying the word leaves a bad word in Regalo's mouth.
Logia Devil Fruits, Regalo loves fighting against opponents hand to hand, in dramatic battles like those of comics, and the intangibility of of Logia Fruits often makes Regalo see those who have them as somewhat cowardly.
Those who would abuse their position of power, especially politicians, royalty and Shichibukai.

Motivation: In a perfect world, Regalo's dream would be to completely eradicate the world of evil and bring an end to the accursed Pirate Age and this is the dream that he tells others when asked. Though even his childish nature doesn't allow him to believe he can do so on his own, so he's decided his goal to be to leave behind a legacy of true justice for others, while destroying as much malice and crime as he can along the way.

Fears: Storms, Regalo isn't a very skilled navigator, and in the past has had several close calls with storms that threatened to end his journey. Somewhat fears intimacy, and gets somewhat jumpy and uncomfortable around women who might be coming on to him, or even just particularly attractive women. Is scared of losing his comics or them being damaged, as they are the symbol, representation, and guide to his entire purpose on the planet, he feels he would be somewhat lost without them.

Inner Lineage: Sense of Honor, can almost immediately tell if someone is lying to him, through minute changes in their voice and face, and is able to do so nearly without fail. If only listening to one's voice (such as through a Transponder Snail) the ability is substantially dampened, though an untrained liar can still be detected by Regalo through this way.

For your inner lineage, I assume it would require some sort of learning of how they speak? Because if you don't know how someone speaks and moves their face when they lie, it wouldn't necessarily work. But of course, some people are gifted to tell such things it just takes learning.
