{W.I.P} Kalliope's Secondary Fighting Style: Fishman Nintaijutsu{W.I.P}

Skill Name: Fishman Nintaijutsu
Skill Type: Fishman Karate + Fishman Jujustu  
Skill Information: Fishman Nintaijutsu combines the art of Fishman Karate and Fishman Justu in order to create a fearsome water based fighting style. Fishman Karate is mastery of the water in the user's direct vicinity, using its power to send powerful waves impacting the water within the opponent's body. Since every living creature is nothing more than a mass of water, the users of Fishman Karate are able to battle opponents that are usually highly resistant (if not immune) against blunt damage.  Fishman Jujutsu is another martial art that is practiced by the fishman race, seemingly alongside Fishman Karate. It is an underwater style that revolves around manipulating the water around them as if it were a tangible material. Despite being a Kuja, Kalliope was able to learn and use these styles of combat.

Skill Strengths:

-Allows Kalliope to manipulate the water around her for offensive, defensive or supportive use. Whether its from the bodies of water or from water in the atmosphere. Useful in land, sea or air.

-Able harm beings who are usually resistant or immune to blunt damage, due to using powerful waves to impact water inside opponent body (if they have any of course)

-Certain attacks can render devil fruit users powerless due to their natural weakness of the sea. Water based attacks are also able to harm logia users without Haki, seastone or other special means.

-Kalliope is able to hold her breath longer than normal beings. The amount of post that Kalliope can her breath for is her Tier level multiply by two. I.E Tier 4 x 2 = 8 Post in which Kalliope can hold her breath for breath she needs to take another breath.

-Strong versus fire-based users and moves (Magma doesn't count)

-When underwater, Kalliope Dexterity  is increase by 1 Tier (This can't go above Tier 6 for oblivious reasons)

Skill Weaknesses:

- Lighting Based Attacks when impacting with her water-style attacks can harm her and do increase damage due to the relationship between the two elements.

-If there no water around her, she can't use this skill set. (Kalliope can't create water like logias can make their own element, she can only manipulate and control water. Also she can only control water in its liquid state. Meaning she can't control ice or steam, even if they are consider different forms of water.)

-Ice users, they are able to freeze her water based attacks of course.

-Other Water users could control her water based techquine as long they are equal or greater in tier than the techquine and meet any requirements the techquine might have.

-Kalliope can't manipulate water inside of other living beings. (This is to prevent god-modding. Since control water in player body is overpowered in my opinion). Although she can manipulate the water inside her OWN body.

-The Dexterity boost only applies when Kalliope is battling underwater.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Water Style: Geyser Defense
Tier 1 Technique Type: Defensive | Close Range (0-1 Meters)
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 1 Post Duration | 3 Post Cooldown
Tier 1 Technique Description: Kalliope uses a water source near her, will form a wall of water that is two meters tall and two meters wide in order to protect her from single attack.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

-Has ability to block an attack that are lower Tier than Kalliope.

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

-Wall can only provide protection in one direction

-Wall can't stop lighting attacks regardless of the its tier.

-Equal or Higher tier attacks (Based on Kalliope's Tier) can't be block and if they hit the wall, their attack power isn't reduce.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Water Style: Water Gun
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive | Close to Mid Range (0-10 Meters)  
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 1 Post Duration | 3 Post Cooldown
Tier 1 Technique Description: Drawing on the water around her, Kalliope will form a beam of water around her palm or mouth and fire it her opponent. The water beam is shape like a spinning cylinder. It has max length of 5 meters and diameter of 2 meters.  
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

-Quick and simple to perform

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

-Attack travels in a straight line and it can't be altered by Kalliope, so dodging the attack isn't too difficult assume if opponent(s) have the ability to do so.

-The attack power of this move is only 1/2 of Kalliope's Tier.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Water Style: Cycle Kick
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive | Melee Range
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 1 Post Duration | 2 Post Cooldown
Tier 1 Technique Description: Kalliope will form a sphere of water on her left or right foot and perform a Roundhouse Kick in attempt to hit the target.

Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

-Useful in close quarters combat.

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

-Limited Range

-Must be able to use one of legs in order to perform this skill.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Water Style: Rain Catcher
Tier 1 Technique Type: Supplementary | AOE equal to traveling attack and to Kalliope's Tier
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: N/A | Passive
Tier 1 Technique Description: Simple. Kallliope is able to find sources of waters with a given AOE.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

-Helps Kalliope to locate water

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

-No offensive use on its own

-No defensive use on its own


Tier 1 Technique Name: Water Style: Cubic Area
Tier 1 Technique Type: Defensive | 2.5 Meters AOE
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 2 Post Duration | 8 Post Cooldown
Tier 1 Technique Description: Kalliope will form a dome of water around her that has radius 2.5 Meters and height of 2.5 meters. This dome of water is able to move along with Kalliope.

Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

-Is able to withstand two attacks that are equal tier and/or four attacks that are lower tier than Kalliope. (2 lower tier attacks = 1 equal tier attack)

-Mobile defense

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

-Can't stop lighting attacks regardless of tier

-Don't protect her from underground attacks.

-Doesn't stop mental based abilities.

Tier 2 Technique Name: Water Style: Forceful Shutdown
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive(?) | AOE (7.5 Metets) Increases by 7.5 meters per tier.
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 1 Post Duration | 5 Post Cooldown
Tier 2 Technique Description: Due to Kalliope with mastery over the water and her knowledge of water tactics when she is face with Water(s) based moves that aren't her own, if the water(s) based moves are with given AOE of her, she is able to forcefully end the move(s) and start their cooldown period.

Tier 2 Technique Strengths:

-Kalliope can prematurely end her foes (and even allies) water based move(s) if they are within the AOE Area.

Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:

-Can only be used on Water Based Moves. Kalliope must be equal or greater tier than her target's tier and the tier of Water Techquine (if it has one).

-Can effect her allies as well.

Tier 2 Technique Name: Water Style: Pressure Adjustment  
Tier 2 Technique Type: Supplementary | Self-Range
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: Duration + 1
Tier 2 Technique Description: A simple technique, Kalliope will simply charge one of her Offensive Water-Based by adding more water to it, to increase the damage of it. The charge is done before the other skill is used.

Tier 2 Technique Strengths:

-Increase Damage of her next water-based attack. 2 Post Charge = +1 Tier in Damage | 4 Post Charge = +2 Tier in Damage and 6 Post Charge | +3 Tier in Damage.  
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:

-Kalliope can't attack during the charge period or it will automatically end.

-Only provides boost to her next water based attack.

-Charging for the attack can leave her open for attack
