Equipment Name: Scavenger's Wardrobe
Tier: 3
Type: Accessory
Equipment Significance: Whether he be tied to a chair, handcuffed or hung upside down from a tree with his hands tied behind his back, Coyote has an entire arsenal of useful trinkets stashed all over his body in convenient places, to be able to escape from just about any situation.
Description: Viktor customizes all of his clothes to provide maximum pocket efficiency and concealment.  Clever placement of various items such as lock picks, small knives, wire, twine and black powder that allows him to get out of sticky situations.  The wardrobe acts as a sort of smugglers swiss army knife to provide him with whatever small item he requires in out of combat situations.  The wardrobe also provides areas to store just about all of Coyote's small sized equipment, should he require the need to keep his items and weapons hidden.

Notable accessories include:
Lock Picks: For picking locks
Small Knives: For cutting out of bindings & other non-combative applications.  (They can be used to make small cuts on an opponent given the opportunity, but the damage is negligible and they are impractical as weapons.  Registered throwing knives will take the place of Small Knives.)
Wire & twine: For binding others, lassoing & Swinging from a chandelier, etc.
Black powder containers, fuses & matches: In small quantities, black powder can be a useful distraction or tool to get in and out of places.

Strengths:
The simple fact that there are so many secret pockets and compartments in the wardrobe make it nearly impossible for all of his equipment to be discovered.  Unless stripped naked, He will be able to make use of the storage compartments and pull out an escape tool at any given time.
Weaknesses:
The Equipment that can be used must be of appropriate size to be hidden on his person and is dependent on what he's wearing.  The wardrobe is not a "Magic Satchel" and the equipment stored must be of appropriate size.

Equipment Name: Smoke Bomb
Tier: 1
Type: Accessory
Equipment Significance: The Smoke bomb is an essential tool for Coyote to make a quick getaway.
Description: the Smoke bomb can be used to catch Coyote's opponent(s) off guard and temporarily blind them for a single post, which is usually enough for Coyote to make a quick escape.  the Smoke bomb covers an area of approximately 5 meters in smoke.

Strengths:
Blinds all enemies within a 5 meter radius from where the bomb explodes.  
Weaknesses:
Blinds all allies and Coyote within a 5 meter radius from where the bomb explodes.

Equipment Name: Fortune
Tier: 4
Type: Semi-Automatic Pistol [+75 Rounds]
Equipment Significance: Fortune is a pistol of Viktor's own design. Using Favor as a template he modified its design to suit his own style of gun play and compliments his other primary firearm, Favor.

Fortune is a semi-automatic pistol, holding up to 20 rounds per magazine and an additional round in the chamber, with a maximum range of 140 meters. (Max mid range for a T4 Technique.)  Once a magazine is emptied Coyote will have to wait until his next post before he is capable of changing the magazine and firing again.  

Strengths:
-Capable of firing rapidly and accurately.

Weaknesses:
-Not as useful in close quarters combat.

Equipment Name: Favor
Tier: 4
Type: Semi-Automatic Pistol [+75 Rounds]
Equipment Significance: Favor was Viktor's first gun, given to him by his mentor Roland The Fool upon his death.  Considered to be a great technological advancement in a time of flintlocks and swashbuckling, Viktor uses this Semi-automatic pistol to great effect and considers it to be one of his greatest sentimental treasures.

is a semi-automatic pistol, holding up to 12 rounds per magazine and an additional round in the chamber, with a maximum range of 140 meters. (Max mid range for a T4 Technique.)  Once a magazine is emptied Coyote will have to wait until his next post before he is capable of changing the magazine and firing again.

Strengths:
-Capable of firing rapidly and accurately.

Weaknesses:
-Not as useful in close quarters combat.

The only thing that poses a problem is the range of your smoke bombs. 15 metres is too large a range for a t1 equipment. Evidently, a t1 equipment can only go up to 5 metres in AOE. As for your semi-automatic pistols, you didn't have to upgrade to t4 to have them. Semi-auto handguns could have been t1-t2 if it has no other effects besides firing projectiles at a potentially fast-paced rate. You can keep them at t4, but it's really unnecessary.
