Skill Type: Devil Fruit - Logia
Skill Information: User becomes a Cinder Man, being able to convert his body into and control cinders and ashes. Most physical attacks go through him unless they are imbued with Haki.
Skill Strengths:
-Great use for cover, distraction, and stealth, and possibility to blind with ash
-User is able to imbue his attacks with heat, able to burn and ignite flamable objects
- Heated body can inflict damage on those that attack physically
-Resistant to fire and heat and most explosions
Skill Weaknesses:
-Being doused by water can cancel out ash based powers for a turn while he dries
-Rain and wind can make ash based attacks weaker or blow them away completley

Tier 1 Technique Description: User launches self using a stream of hot ash to increase leap range or move quickly in a direction while in mid air.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Launches user 5 meters
-Change direction in a fall
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-Trail is left behind for 1 turn indicating direction he went
- No offensive traits
-If doused or dampened with water, cannot use, cannot use in rain

Tier 1 Technique Description: User erupts with hot ash filling an area with black smoke and obscuring himself in the confusion of ashes. basically a living smoke bomb.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Cloud lasts for 3 turns
- light burns on exposed skin
-Obscure enemy vision
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-Wind can blow cover away
-Cloud dissipates after it is casted
-Allies caught in cloud may also suffer obscured vision and light burns
-Cannot use in rain

Tier 1 Technique Description: User shoots a small projectile of hot ash and cinders that burst upon contact.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Can Obscure vision of target
-Can lightly burn or singe exposed skin or flammable materials
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Can be blocked by thicker materials and non-flamable materials
- Mid range Effectiveness dies off after 10m
Tier 1 Technique Name: Pyroclastic Darts
Tier 1 Technique Type:Offense Ranged
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 3
Tier 1 Technique Description: User produces 8 (4 for each hand) heated cinder darts before firing them from his hands at targets, can either fire them all at once or one hand(4) at a time.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
-Multiple Projectiles
-Burn if darts puncture skin
-ignite hit flammable objects
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
-Short range - dies off after 5 meters
-No effect against ice
-Could accidentally set off any gunpowder or explosives

Tier 2 Technique Name: Ember Palm Barrage
Tier 2 Technique Type: Ranged- Close
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 3
Tier 2 Technique Description: Roshu launches A volley of red hot palm attacks flying on plumes of hot black ash forward 10 meters. The attacks can be focused to a single target or scattered to strike multiple targets within the 2m mouth of the cone. The fists Strike with about 10 attacks total in rapid succession all with burning damage.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
-Burning on contact.
-Flurry of Attacks
-Ranged
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
-Water or Ice based opponents and defences
-No burn effect on DF users of Heat, fire, Magma
- Can be blocked by Thick Metals and stone
Tier 2 Technique Name: Cinder Storm
Tier 2 Technique Type: Ranged- Mid
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 3
Tier 2 Technique Description: Roshu holds out his hand as a bunch of golf-ball, sized cinders launch from his hand in rapid succession in a swirling cone max range is 30m. Cinders explode with ash on contact with solid surfaces and can ignite flammable materials.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
-Burning damage on contact
-Explosions of ash may blind target
-Covers good surface area.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
-The small projectiles are pretty easily blocked by thick shields of metal.
-Rain, moisture, or wind cuts down the range. Rain and water cancel the explosion effect
-Rock, Ice, Water, Fire, and Heat df users are immune to the burn damage.
Tier 2 Technique Name: Cinder Bomb
Tier 2 Technique Type: Ranged- Mid Roughly 40 meters, Explodes in a 7.5m radius
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 3
Tier 2 Technique Description: Roshu congeals a small mass of embers roughly the size of a football before tossing/ throwing it at a target or target area. Upon command with a gesture Roshu can cause the mass of embers to explode in a scatter of hot smaller embers. If Roshu doesn't activate the explosion manually, the ball will explode on his turn in the next round/ action.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
- Distanced area of effect attack.
- Deals burning damage, Ignites nearby flammable items
-Can control when explosion occurs, can delay to fake out opponents.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
- Wind can change the direction and range of the toss.
-Shower can be blocked by non-flamable materials
-Cannot use in rain, becomes a dud.
Tier 2 Technique Name: Burning Fog
Tier 2 Technique Type: Ranged passive damage/support
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:4
Tier 2 Technique Description: Roshu inhales a deep breath and expells a streamline of hot ash that expands to cover a 45º cone lingers for two posts.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
-Can obscure vision of those caught in the cloud.
-Burning damage
-Causes coughing
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
-Rain or moisture turns the ash to a sludge
-Ash can be blown away by wind techniques.
-Leaves back open
Tier 2 Technique Name: Ember Cannon
Tier 2 Technique Type:Melee
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 3
Tier 2 Technique Description: Roshu gathers a large amount of red embers on his fist and forearm increasing the size of his fist. Roshu launches himself at his target If he connects the punch burns and the blasts a small scattering of embers on contact that spreads in a 2 meter cone behind the target.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
-Burn damage. can ignite flammable materials
-Strong enough to launch opponents below user tier
-Secondary scattering of embers
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
-No burn effect on water, ice, ground, metal or magma users of same or higher tier.
-Can be blocked by thick metal or stone barriers or Haki users
- Scattering embers can hit allies in range.
