Yotsuba Island is home to quite a few prominent things upon this Blue. It is the location of the Marine's 153rd Branch, headed by a Marine Captain. Possibly the largest Marine base in the East blue. It is also home to Shell's town. Shell's town is known for its humble little restaurant Food Foo. This island is rather small, although it is packed with civilians. There is constantly some joyful event happening with the citizens, as they enjoy the peaceful little island. The division is one of the most highly decorated units in the World Government Marine and has been featured prominently in marine recruitment tactics. The 153rd Branch has trained some of the most famous Marines.
