Skill Name: Hōsha Hōsha no mi (radiation radiation fruit)
Skill Type: Devil Fruit- Paramecia
Skill Information: The user becomes a radiation man with the ability to create, control, be immune to radiation and its effects as well as eat radiation.
Skill Strengths:
1: Radiation can turn any biological matter into energy with high amounts of energy used.
2:Radiation is harmful to humans and animals internally and externally
3:Microwaves can heat elements to extreme temperatures.
4: the user is immune to any heat generated by the radiation or the radiation itself (this needs to happen or else the user would instantly die if he used any of his powers)
5: The fruit can be used to cauterize wounds, treat cancer and other medical purposes.
6: The user can intercept and talk with den den mushi because they use radio waves.
7: The user can see in ultraviolet, X-ray, and infrared. Infrared and ultraviolet allow seeing in the dark and seeing heat such as humans. X-rays allow the user to see the internal bones of an enemy or inside of soft objects.
8:Gamma rays can be used to attack biological matter.
Skill Weaknesses:
1: non biological materials are unaffected by most types of radiation besides microwaves.
2: Radiation can become a serious hazard for allies.
3: radiation suits can protect against ionizing radiation and things that you breath in which cause hemorrhages and such.
4: The user is not a logia, Contrary to many beliefs which means that if they are hit, then they are seriously injured.
5: X-rays cannot see through hard materials.
6: ultraviolet rays and infrared rays cannot detect cold blooded creatures such as snakes, insects and other reptiles.
7: Using gamma radiation and microwaves uses up a tremendous amount of energy when using them foolishly.
8: Bodies of water above nee level and seastone.
9: Many attacks can only be used when touching the opponent to cause any permanent damage.

Tier one:
Tier 1 Technique Name: Radio Wave
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support/Ranged
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: Two Posts-five posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user communicates telepathically through radio waves in order to talk to den den mushi, intercept other calls and protect their own calls. The user can communicate strait to other people's brains however this causes the cool down to increase to five turns.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: The user can have safe den den mushi calls
2: The user can intercept other calls
3: The user can protect their own calls from being intercepted
4: The user can directly communicate to others from very far away or if the other person is deaf.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1:communicating directly into someones brain hurts tremendously and causes the user to have to stop and wait for a minute.
2: Most of the time, the user can only communicate from very long distances if the other person has a den den mushi.
3: This technique has no offensive capabilities.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Microwave
Tier 1 Technique Type: Medium-ranged-AOE
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: three posts or six posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user inhales deeply and then exhales with their hands pointed forward letting out a burst of microwave radiation lasting around one post. This attack causes intense pain on the target but very rarely kills the opponent because it only causes 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the skin unless concentrated on a sing opponent. This technique can also be used to warm objects slightly but it does not effect the user in any way. The cool down in six posts when used on many targets and three posts when used on a single person. This technique can also be used on the ground below them in order to create an updraft of heat which allows the user to glide with a 15 post cool down.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: non-lethal when used against multiple targets.
2: causes immense ear in the targets
3: attacks many enemies at once.
4: Relatively short cool down times
5: immobilizes and opponent if used against a single person or many weak people.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: can use up a lot of energy
2: non-lethal
3: accidentally kill single targets
4: Heats up the first object it touches so it can't go through anything solid unless it burns through it which would take up huge amounts of energy.
5: Microwaves are dangerous to use around fellow crew members because they bounce around and burn everyone.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Radiation Shield
Tier 1 Technique Type: Passive-defensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: Three Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user subconsciously emits a mixture of gamma, Uv, ir, xray and micro wave radiation which destroys the majority of things which enter a radius of around three inches around the user, the user controls this so it only works when they want to protect themselves or expect something coming. Every time they block something they must wait three posts to use the shield again.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: Destroys all biological matter and vaporizes any non biological matter.
2: Can be concentrated in small areas subconsciously to block attacks like guns, swords and sometimes even cannonballs.
3: Protects from virtually any attack.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1:any surprise attacks when the user is not defending or aware that there is an enemy
2: The user must be fast enough to see the attack coming.
3: The user must be concentrating or have a calm state of mind.
4: there is a cooldown between blocks using the shield

Tier 1 Technique Name: Gamma Ray
Tier 1 Technique Type: Short ranged/Melee
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: at least Ten posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user holds the wrist of one hand and then projects Gamma radiation out of the held hand. Every sievert (SV) projected is one post cool down time. Ten sieverts causes internal bleeding, fatigue, dizziness, disorientation, hair loss, vomiting blood and poor wound healing to a victim if they are a normal human. Triatath is limited to ten seiverts at the moment but will be able to train in the future to develop this skill further. Long term effects of this move on the target include having a lack of concentration, reduced muscle growth and chronic nausea until a doctor can cure them. 
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: very high damage
2: Very hard to defend against\
3: Silent
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: uses lots of energy
2: has a long cool down
3: can injure and exert the user
4: a single target - single use move, therefor it cannot be repeated without waiting to regain their energy.


Tier 1 Technique Name: Xray/Uv/IR vision
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support/passive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: N/A or 7 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user sees using xrays (looking through objects and seeing broken bones etc) ultraviolet vision (allows for the tracking of biological material such as bodily fluids so that you can track an enemy, it also allows you to see where people are hiding by the trail that they leave) Infrared vision (allows sight in the dark and seeing heat sources such  as people or animals from long distances in the dark). The vision can be strengthened to cause exterior burning of the skin on opponents but this takes seven posts to recover from and use again because it puts strain on the eyes. The effects of this are similar to sunburning with major blisters and sores as well as cancerous effects which permanently weaken the opponent until a doctor skilled with radiology (such as triatath) can heal them of these ailments.  
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: allows for sight in the dark
2: allows for easy tracking
3: allows for sight through objects or through soft tissues to see bones.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: cold blooded creatures and cold things can't really be seen in the dark.
2: Tracking only works if they have left biological material behind, if they are wearing a protective suit for example, the user would not be able to track them.
3: X-rays cannot see through lead and many other very dense materials such as bones.

Although if other staff members say they want to keep it. Then fine. Although i do believe that it will be unfair for the person that obtains the light fruit.

Now, for weakness. I would like you to think of more weaknesses for this ability. Can it go through solid objects?

About 10 would suffice. Then you go up tiers you can add the rest on. The last part sounds like a tier 2-3 skill.

I'm sorry to inform you!

The staff have discussed your fruit and it seems we have some complications with it. We are afraid your fruit might be over powered easily. Since it can cause cancer to those around it. Not only that, but it can be a deadly fruit. Not only that, but your attacks are easily exploitable, invisible, so basically undetectable until you’re hit. Radiation is too strong an ability with too much potential for abuse and easily exploitable. Radiation can kill things, cause it to have cancer, get sick, mess with its gene's basically. It can mess up any organic material to a point of no return. Its very volatile, and can become a big problem. Its potential destruction is a bit too high and the abilities it presents are just too strong.

You can pm the staff members, and ask if you can make different adjustments. Actually if it helps, please give me your skype and you can have a discussion on how much you want to fruit and not over power it. If that helps.
