Tier 1 Technique Name: Tobu Zangeki (Flying Slash Attack)
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive, Long-range
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: N/A (Passive)
Tier 1 Technique Description: Youta Shoyumaru is one of the swordspeople that is able to create ranged attacks by slashing the air and creating a vacuum blade. These vacuum blades are white of color.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- Strong as normal T1 attacks (non-technique)
- Very rapid vacuum blades
- Chargeable (for more power and speed)
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Charging the attack will give the opponent time to dodge
- Easily blocked or dodged
- Getting hit only results in small cuts unless charged

T1 is literally peak human performance. You wouldn't be creating vacuum blades.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Atarashī Kaze (New Wind)
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 4 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user dashes towards the opponent at high speed, and than attacks the opponent from all directions in rapid succesion. (16 slashes in total)
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- Hard to block/dodge all attacks
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Getting hit will only result in small (yet very painful) cuts

Way too many attacks for a tier 1. You might get 2-4.

Tier 1 Technique Type: Self, Passive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 2
Tier 1 Technique Description: The Early Bird.. is a technique used by Youta, in where he simply increases his speed.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- He can travel 30m away in the blink of an eye
- Invisible by lower tier during dash
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Equal tiers will be able to see him
- Higher tiers will easily be able to catch up to him

You can't travel that fast or that far like that with a t1 tech.
