Skill Name: Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix
Skill Type: Mythical Zoan

Skill Information: The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix is a Mythical Zoan type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to transform into a phoenix made of blue flames, as well as transform specific area of the users body into the limbs of the phoenix allowing for two forms of transformation, Hybrid and Full Phoenix. When the user's body sustains damage the fruit will attempt to use it's flames to heal the user, recovering from such things as small cuts, bullet holes and the like with relative ease or at least incredibly faster than average humans. While the flames can be used for healing they can also be used to burn enemies and the forms can be utilized and shifted freely to create devastating attack combinations to leave enemies battered, bruised and burned. The fruit itself cannot produce the quantity of flames that the Mera-Mera no Mi is capable of, but it is undeniable that the fruit can create a significant amount that the user can freely control and use to their will.

Skill Strengths:
- In terms of regenerative skills, it's based on the user's endurance. I.E. The higher the user's endurance, the faster the user can regenerate from minor injuries. Endurance + Tier level is equivalent aka Tier.
[T1: 0-50 Smalls cuts, bullet holes, small gashes, punctures and Haki infused damage. (Passive)]
[T1-T3: 60+ : Critical wounds: injuries of major organs, aside from the heart. (Once per thread at T1, twice at T2, Passive at T3)]
[T4-T5: 150+: Instant regeneration from fatal wounds. (T4 or T5 techniques twice per thread)]
- The user can coat their body and weapons in the flames of the fruit, taking into account the heat of the flames on the weapon that they are coating, making heat-resistant weapons a more suitable choice. Fireballs as well are possible to create, but the user cannot generate as much flames as the Mera-Mera fruit user can meaning the fireballs would be of small to medium size compared to the Mera Mera's capability to create giant spheres of fire.
- The flames of the user's hybrid form and full transformation can be used not only to burn opponents but also to grant the user the ability of flight, which when used right can become a valuable asset in battle.
- The user can use their flames to not only heal himself but heal allies as well, healing them based on their endurance as well, the chart of which is listed above.

Skill Weaknesses:
- While the user is at Tier 1&2 they can only use up to the fruit's hybrid mode (transforming parts of the body), only when they reach T3+ can they fully transform into a Phoenix.
- The user of this fruit is still effected by the same weaknesses of every devil fruit user. [Haki based attacks, aqueous liquids, Seastone.]
- While the Phoenix form of the user gives a similar intangibility against most attacks like Logia users, it's weakness is that the hybrid form does not give such intangibility and the user will still receive proper damage on areas not shifted in the hybrid form.
- If the user is shackled in or is touching seastone, they will not passively heal damage and will not be able to actively heal the damage until the contact with the object with seastone is broken, in which the healing will regularly resume.
