♥Siren

Equipment Name: Schrodinger's Scarf
Tier: 2
Type: Accessory
Equipment Significance: Scarf. Minor protection. Allows her to keep items tucked away as she doesn't exactly wear pants or coats to keep things.
Description: It protects where it is, though it's hardly a suit of armor. It's tough and durable allowing her to block t2 weapons with it or attacks from enemies of equal tier as common sense would dictate. The main purpose of Schrodinger's Scar however is that items tucked within it's folds become lost in a sort of quantum vacuum as though they're there and not there, allowing her to store any number of small objects within ranging from sunglasses, small pistols, bullets, grenades, or snacks. The size of objects is relative to Siren and the scarf changes with Siren. Items tucked away while she's large expand to their normal size as they are withdrawn.

Strengths:
- Store items for future use. Minor items without much combat function don't require an app, such as simple sunglasses or snacks.

Weaknesses:
- Items with obvious combat potential such as bullets or bombs require an app of their own.
- All her items become dependent on the scarf. While she'll usually always have it and it's not easy to take away from her, separating her from it separates her from most her items.

Equipment Name: Anger Skull
Tier: 2
Type: Accessory
Equipment Significance: Aural-Illusory Mask used to aid in intimidation though it doesn't actually mask her identity as her overall looks and hair are more indicative of who she is than her actual face is often enough.
Description: The Anger Skull is a small and somewhat flat skull,  compared to Siren's head,  that she wears in her hair.   By touching the skull and gesturing down as though to pull it over her face,  and focusing her aura/haki through it it will project her aura out over her face giving her the appearance of a fierce- even demonic- skull for a head as it emanates inky black smoke and effects her hair as well,  making it seem ethereal.

Strengths:
- Increases intimidation factor.

Weaknesses:
- Though a mask,  does nothing to hide identity.
- Is just an illusion manifested by the strength of her aura focused and projected through the Anger Skull.

Equipment Name: Water Pellets
Tier: 1
Type: Ammunition x35/t
Equipment Significance: Supporting roll to help her maintain combat effectiveness away from large bodies of water.
Description: Water Pellets are small spheres of highly concentrated and compressed ready to burst and cause a tiny flood. A pellet causes a burst of water in a 2.5 meter radius that floods out beyond that as natural flow of the water. If someone's caught in the burst it will only deal light damage and probably knock someone off their feet.

Strengths:
- Allows Siren to use Sea Queen techniques. The most obvious being to directly use a water pellet with Temperature to make the water pellet itself deal damage or turn to steam to function similar to a smoke bomb.

Weaknesses:
- Limited supply.
- Not much use on it's own except perhaps to fight a fire.

Equipment Name: Blood Pellets
Tier: 1
Type: Ammunition x10/t
Equipment Significance: Supporting role similar to a health potion/injection/bandages/ect.
Description: Blood Pellets function like Water Pellets but burst with blood. Blood alone doesn't have the same effectiveness as flesh does especially since it's not exactly fresh, but it has enough of it that it allows Siren to recover from mild wounds and heal bruising by feeding her blood for her Predator's Feast.

Strengths:
- Healing on the go.

Weaknesses:
- Limited supply.
- Takes a second to use, pausing her for a moment to use it.

Schrodinger's Scarf: The effects are actually fairly powerful, but the purpose is relatively "small". Given that, I'm fine with this item going through, but abuse of the effects will be monitored.

Anger Skull: Nothing wrong here. I've confirmed with my fellow staff members that Vaizards do in fact exist in One Piece. moving on.

Water Pellets: The word "flood" is sort of a red-flag in itself for a t1 bullet that can be equipped en masse. Please tone down the amounts of water described that are held in each bullet and this item will go through easily.

Blood Pellets: I need a bit more context with this item. I'm assuming it has to do with one of your skills, which I will soon be reviewing. I'm going to hold off on this one for now. By the time you have fixed the other two items and posted here notifying that you have fixed them, I should have made a review on your two skills and therefore have more information and contextual knowledge necessary to review this item.

"Flood" is fairly relative.   It's not like I'm causing "flood"-flood.  It's just a burst of water enough to fill a hot tub.  (2.5 meter burst.  ie; tier 1)  A body of water that isn't contained somewhere is a "Flood".  So while this isn't a flood,  it's still "flooding".

In other news,  my mind just snapped and suddenly the word flood is super weird.  Like... F L O O D.    Flooo  Food.   Lood.

I totally get that myself sometimes. My most memorable moment with that is finding it so weird that sword was spelled as "sword".

In terms of enough to fill a hot tub, I'm thinking the size of an individual Jacuzzi or something... and that's a lot of water. Especially to be condensed into one of nearly three-dozen pellets. The amount of water it takes to fill a small water bottle per-pellet at tier-1? That's acceptable.

That is an incredibly low amount of water and would be unusable.

To clarify,  these water pellet's only function is to power her Sea Queen techniques when on land without suffering penalties other than expending ammunition.

Tier 1 items are relatively basic and wouldn't be able to handle that much water. On top of that we have dials that can store water, but they are limited for one reason. The impact is has vs devil fruit users. That much water could and likely would effect them to a degree.

Here is the dial we currently have, and its limitations.

(Tier 2-350,000 Beli)Water Dial- The Water Dial is used for storing and releasing water. (To stop this from being abused, the maximum amount of water stored can be up to 5 liters)

It would be better if your pellets stored up to around 2.5 liters at t1.
