World Tavern

Welcome to the World Tavern where you can recruit NPCs to assisted you on your journey. Do you need a cook? Or maybe you need a navigator to help you traverse the Grand Line? Or Maybe you need an extra hand in combat? No matter what you need, I'm sure you can find someone here to fit your needs!.  

Now before you start recruiting, there are a few rules you need to know. First you can only recruit NPCs that are lower Tier than you. Second you can only have 2 NPCs at a time. Third only Tier 1 through Tier 4 NPCs can be recruited. Any request for a Tier 5 or Tier 6 NPC will be automatically denied. Finally all NPCs bought in the World Market come with one technique and one free armor & weapon equal to their tier.

NPC's Purpose: He is Marchosias's personal assistant and will do anything for him. He is his bodyguard and his advisor, he is his servant and his soldier. He has connections over the world and can get in touch with alot of people.

NPC's Description: Oren ate the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Albino Black Mamba fruit and is a determined fighter that is very manipulative. He uses taunts and negative-aligned facts to lower his opponent's morale or get his opponent to attack him recklessly. He is smart and knows the human body from top to bottom. He can easily read an opponent's attack and defense in short time and turns his biggest advantage into his biggest disadvantage. He has connections all over the world and possesses unmatched knowledge. He can use Busoshoku and Kenbonshoku Haki, and has a high level Soru. His devil fruit allows him to turn into a white black mamba. He can use the snake's venom to paralyze his opponents or give them a slow death unless cured.
