Skill Name: Emergency Surgery
Skill Type: Support
Skill Information:
The user combines the use of the Hōsha Hōsha no mi (radiation radiation fruit) with their immense knowledge of medical books and procedures in order to bring patients from the brink of death, or ever coax them back from being a little dead using soul split. This technique has been widely regarded as one of the most effective medical procedures with almost no illnesses being uncured.  
Skill Strengths:
1: can save nearly dead people
2: can cure any poison with proper time given
3: the user of the Hōsha Hōsha no mi allows for drastic measures to be taken.
4: can coax some peoples souls from drifting away so quickly, prolonging their life before treatment.
Skill Weaknesses:
1: use of the Hōsha Hōsha no mi can be very dangerous to the target.
2: Not completely suitable for battle situations
3: using soul split is in no means reliable, it has an extremely low chance of actually working.
4: Using these skills require a very large amount of circumstances to be fulfilled.
5: Much of the techniques are limited if the user is being affected by standard devil fruit weaknesses, water over knee height and sea stone.

Tier one techniques:

Tier 1 Technique Name: Cure ailment (medicinal)
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: Six Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user uses many antidotes, medicines and herbs on the battlefield in order to heal internal illnesses and injuries. Sometimes the use of the Hōsha Hōsha no mi is allowed. The user can also use ingredients around them to make medicine and antidotes.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: can cure any poison with proper treatment given in time.
2: can cure any minor illness within minutes
3: can cure almost any major illness though it may take some time.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: does not cure external injuries other than poisons or burns.
2: Has a relatively long cooldown
3: Requires a little time and the right matierials around (IE: you can't find a plant for burns inside of a stone prison cell etc)

Tier 1 Technique Name: Cure wound (surgical)
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: Ten posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user patches up any wounds or external injuries on the battlefield in order to prevent the patient from loosing their life. Note: this is not an emergency room, so open heart surgery etc will need to be addressed in another technique. This would be used for broken bones as well
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: Heals any minor external injury AKA cuts, scrapes, bruises and flesh wounds.
2: Does not require very advanced surgical equipment
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: Can't heal major wounds such as seriously life threatening things like canon ball hits or lost limbs.
2: Does not heal anything internal such as illnesses or hemorrhages.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Emergency Room
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: Fifteen posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user looks over the patient, diagnoses the patient and then takes at least two posts to actually cure the patient. This technique requires the user to be in an environment where they are not captured or have access to medical equipment. This is for before or after a battle or fight and certainly not during one. This technique is for very serious injuries such as lost limbs, major flesh wounds like cannon ball hits and large slashes with swords. It is also useful for things such as malaria and other serious illnesses and sicknesses.  
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: can cure almost any ailment which strikes someone on the battlefield.
2: can diagnose the problem without fault.
3: can cure major injuries as well as large amounts of minor ones.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: long cooldown
2: long setup/diagnostics
3: Requires medical equipment (which character carries with them at all time unless captured)
4: can't be used in a battle situation

Tier 1 Technique Name: soul split
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support/passive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: N/A passive toggle
Tier 1 Technique Description: There exists, underneath and above our world, a series of spiritual worlds: The Underworld, The Spirit Plane, Heaven. Most all beings cannot see or interact with these worlds overlapping with our own. However, there exists a select few in this world with the ability to be able to interact. The few in possession of the ability to soul split; separating their soul from their body, leaving the empty shell to seemingly rest in a deep sleep.
the user is able to passively toggle the ability to separate their soul from their body in order to travel to the spiritual dimensions, such as the underworld.
This is used by Triatath in order to either coax people who are dying to live for longer or consult his ancestors. The people can only have their life prolonged if they have a very strong willpower or haki and/or reason to be on this planet.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: Can help bring people back to conscientiousness.
2: can help prolong the time before someone dies.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: rarely works
2: the target must have very strong haki or will to live as well as unfinished business or something that they need to do.
3: The more the patient has been hurt, the harder it is to keep them alive therefor they can only stay alive for so long without treatment.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Hail Mary
Tier 1 Technique Type: Support
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: Twenty posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user, having no way of curing an illness using any methods available to science, injects the targets body with gamma radiation using the Hōsha Hōsha no mi in the hopes of curing the target. This is used with incurable illnesses or circumstances like cancer or luffy in impel down after being poisoned.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
1: Has a chance of curing previously thought incurable illnesses
2: does not require medical equipment so can be performed anywhere.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
1: can kill the patient
2: Has very little chance of working
3: No proof that this really works other than very few test examples.
4: the target looses their hair and becomes very weak for several days afterwards
5: The target experiences excruciating pain
6: The target is prone to catching and dying of minor illnesses because their immune system is weakened.

Tier 1 Technique Description:

The user can also use ingredients around them to make medicine and antidotes. || They use radiation to help those that are dieing? Why does this have to apply for herbs? Not only that but this sounds more like a strength rather than a skill. You can put it in one of your many strengths on top. Saying that is can heal minor illnesses.

2: can cure any minor illness within minutes
3: can cure almost any major illness though it may take some time.

That would be the best option! Although you can keep it if you like. It will just need a cool down. Not only that, but there are complications with your fruit. So you might have to remove anything that has to do with your fruit from your skill set.
