Notice: Decreased Activity

Just letting staff & members know.

For the rest of January my activity will decrease (Or already have decrease). This is due to personal problems I'm dealing with at the moment. Hopefully by start of February I can get everything sorted out and bring up my level of activity.

Update: Sorry for not posting in my roleplays or be involved in staff discussions, real life is a real jerk. Anyway. I get back to being more active when I have less problems to deal . Although I'm still doing staff work to show that I haven't gone completely inactive.

We hope you are able to get past your personal issues soon. We worry about you and hope everything is okay. We do need to talk though when you get back soon :).

I hate to put the current staff in this position, but it can't be help.

Bluntly, my activity has taken a downward spiral every since the end of January. Ranging from personal problems, labtop problems and having less motivation. I thought my activity would approved during the start of February and it hasn't. I don't see my activity improving.

Since one of the things. I believe in, is that staff members, especially the owners of the site should be the most active members of a site. I'm not living up to that idea.

So after thinking about it. I think the best thing for me to do is to step down from staff altogether. Keep in mind that I have no problems with other staff members or any members, so I don't want anyone to think that I'm stepping down because of a silly reason like that. Any fruit and positions I held. They can be open up. Once again. I'm not active and won't be fair to hold on to those things. Better to let active players get them. I would do this stuff myself,

It's okay, really, everyone has things in their life they need to sort out. I am sorry you have to step down from this position. Admittedly, I haven't been active much either. I will try to change that soon. I do hope you get through what you are dealing without further complications.

Through the past half a year, you have been through a lot. But there are some things that I would like to point out. And you know you may not like them. I might lean more to the bitchy side or upset. I know I am probably not going to be chosen as staff member anymore after this. Might cause some problems.

Wow.... Kalli... You are so damn inactive. It makes me wanna cry.

As a founder Kalli. You do more things that a normal founder would have ever done. You have approved things, and went beyond your limits and you notified every person that their ship has to be moved and updated with the new template. You took your time and read through the suggestion thread making a thread were you post your activity. You made time and approved things, first in this month of February. Through this month of February Kalli, you were still on the top posters. You were still up there. The reason I got ahead of you was because I was posting/spamming in the shipping thread about us. If you go by the lack of your activity Kalli. I am sorry to say, but your still in the top ten.

Another thing I would like to point out, is that you have no rped. Being a founder, it is hard trying to find ways to rp since your always busy approving things. Of course your going to lose motivation if your not rping. All you have done so far is approve things and help people. Really the point of an RP site is to RP. If all your doing is approving things, that can get extremely boring. I can just see myself not rping and ripping my hair out just approving things. Woman, you have no motivation because your not rping with the rest of us and having fun.

Family problems are always a BITCH. You just need to remember that there are people that will support you. I gave you my skype name for a reason. I gave it to you so that you can talk about your problems and your worries. Do I need to give you my phone number too? Kalli, through RD you have made my work load so much easier. You have always been by my side and dealing with people with me. Even when I had my RL problems, I made sure that you were never completely angry at me. You were and still are my best friend. If you ever have problems, you can always. ALWAYS contact me. I will be there in a snap, because lord knows I have no life. Now family problems can interfer with your ownership of this website. But there is no need to step down, when your already on top. Hell, Demitri took a vacation in our most terrible month. We had to make him come back. Take a vacation kalli, sort out your problems. Im sure no one would hold it against you if you said that you need some space for awhile. Hell, if they have problems. I'll beat them up for you.

Now the labtop issues, yeahhh. I can't help you there. Maybe another vacation.

Now I have been telling you this whole time, that you should keep being owner or founder. That you should just stay. I have proven that with you gone you might decrease staff activity x2. Although, Kalli, whatever decision you make. You will always be that go to person. You have always made the right choices and I believe that you still are. Although I do believe you have over worked yourself quite a bit. Even with your "decrease" in activity you still have proven yourself. I am sorry that you are leaving staff. I am sorry that you might be no longer with us. But know that you will always have a certain place when it comes to Rping with me. Because we all know that one ship.

Sad to hear that you're stepping down from your position but I'm sure we all understand and are sympathizing with you.

I wish you the best of luck with what you're going through at the moment and remember that if things get rough, we're here.

We need to hire new staff because I'm planning on resigning as well, when the time comes. We need good, dedicated, passionate people who are willing to replace us and help cultivate the site. I have received massive motivation dips, and while there may be some people who think bad of me, I hope they realize everything I did was for the good of the site. I don't want to quit the site, I just want to take a more neutral and free position because the stress is getting to me. I have been actively avoiding the site for the past few days because I'm braindead whenever I'm on. It's a constant battle of getting over how members feel about me, and I know being an admin and having the members against you is a deadly formula for a site's destruction. A lot of it is in my head. But, I want you guys to know you CAN'T let shenanigans through. You HAVE to take the time to read through everything and you HAVE to take the time and effort, so only put your foot forward if you can be dedicated. Don't just stamp your Yes on things.

To be honest, I think too much as well. I contradict myself sometimes. But I only ever cared for the site, and even when someone is my friend I still treated them the same as any other member. It requires being a role model, it requires stability, and respect. Respect. Respect. Respect. Being the better person by never succumbing to your anger, something I have a hard time doing. I'd rather the people I helped take my place then become someone bitter. I've seen a bitter admin, and it is not healthy. I've seen a reclusive admin, that isn't healthy either. The only other admin is resigning, and some people don't want me running things; I don't want to either. So excuse me, I haven't been active like I should. I want to be active as a member, I have and had big plans I want to share. But I can't do them without motivation. I will try to be suggestive about things, I will try to give ideas still. I'm sorry if you guys haven't had a reason to see me as "good" staff. I'm also sorry for those that I've wronged.

As for those who want me to stay as staff regardless if we have more staff or not: it's final once there is someone to replace me. I'm not leaving her, I'm just "retiring" from my poor decision making being a major decider.

this is so heartbreaking all the peeps leaving, but yeah some new staff would bring in some new energy and pick up the site. So when u guys get the time u may wanna go thumb through some of the staff apps that have been made. I'd love to help this place get back up on it's feet and I'm sure I could with some capable peeps along with me and if u remember meeeee, you should know I'm a capable personnnnnnnnnn, from Romance Dawn Staffffffffffff. Thooooough, I'd only help get the site back on its feet and contribute to checking stuff, system ideas and all that stuff will be other peeps responsibility I gotta save system ideas for my site.
