Skill Name: Reverberating Dragon
Skill Type:Martial arts
Skill Information: This is a martial arts style that uses the full body.  The key principle around this style is incorporating sound vibration into strikes .  Users of this style believe that everything in the world gives off a sound like how Zoro believes everything has a breath.  Hearing these sounds and being attuned to them allows one to break them or mimic them.  Mimicry is the 2nd level of the fighting style.  Sound has vibrations by mimicking the vibrations user dawns the properties of that object.
Skill Strengths:Sound can be use to increase strike range, bypass typical defenses (that don’t block sound), influence emotion
Skill Weaknesses:Techniques that affect emotion through sound won’t work on those who can’t hear.  Vibrations techniques that are used on self are to maintain without concentration because they have to actively adjust for exterior environmental changes that messes the vibrations. Vibration techniques that affect others emotions have a decreased potency at ranges.

Tier 1 Technique Name:B-Major
Tier 1 Technique Type:passive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:n/a
Tier 1 Technique Description:A simple strike that vibrates the  with any part of the body that generates in audible sound vibrations.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:Sound passes through equal tier targets and lower creating internal damage.  Physical blow hurts exterior.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: Sound insulation negates vibrations.

Tier 1 Technique Name:claw
Tier 1 Technique Type:melee
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:2
Tier 1 Technique Description: three-fingered claw hand strike with sound vibrations  concentrated on the finger groupings.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:Precision leads to a more concentrated affect and damage. Useful higher tiered targets.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:There is no benefit to the concentration when targets are larger.  For larger targets its actually less effective than a fist.

Tier 1 Technique Name:talons
Tier 1 Technique Type:
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:
Tier 1 Technique Description:
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

Tier 1 Technique Name:Wings
Tier 1 Technique Type:Arm span+ 4ft
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:2
Tier 1 Technique Description:A lariat technique with a single or both arms.  The users with both out horizontally to left and right respectively will run toward target(s) quickly generating vibrations that looks like ringed ripples (if you could see sound).  At higher levels this can be used to clear a crowd of weak enemies.  When targeting one or two enemies the user will generally aim for the neck or chest.  These techniques coupled with the users own strength has the potential cause massive damage internal and external. It is one of his strongest techniques.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: Internal and external damage. Crowd clearing
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: Like always damage based on tier. Won’t reach a far target. Torso is exposed

Tier 1 Technique Name:Horn
Tier 1 Technique Type:Melee
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:passive
Tier 1 Technique Description:A head the generates a sound shockwave.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: Can be a great surprised attack while hands aren’t free or raised.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:If the target is stronger than the head butt then there is recoil damage. Typically will on work if done as surprise (like when opponent is being grappled)

___________________________________________________________________

Tier 2 Technique Name:Lullaby
Tier 2 Technique Type:support AOE 15m (can be broadcast over speaker)
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:1 per thread
Tier 2 Technique Description: The user will hum a lullaby enhancing the their own vocal cords with the properties of the fighting style.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:This will help pacify crowds of people. For PCs that still fight after this technique they won’t be as enthusiastic which could mean they don't attack as aggressively.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:If the target can’t hear clearly it won’t work.  If the anger runs deep it won’t work. PCs must be 2 tiers lower (if higher requires permission) than user but it won’t stop them from fighting just break their fits of rage.

Tier 2 Technique Name:Scales
Tier 2 Technique Type:AOE 1-30m/Defensive/offense
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:5post
Tier 2 Technique Description:A full body violent sound shockwave.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:Destroys physical objects (tier appropriate) that come in contact with it.  Opponents will find it hard to breach the shockwave with physical attacks and intangible attacks that are affected by sound
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:Can’t move while in use. Taxing for the user which will result in reduced movement, after technique is done.

Tier 2 Technique Name:Roar
Tier 2 Technique Type:AOE 30m
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:5 post when no Hao is used.
Tier 2 Technique Description: The user will roar turning their vocal cords to the sound of a dragon’s roar.  The sound waves will vibrate at a frequency that induces fear in Amygdala portion of the brain.  Hao haki can be added to this attack increasing the likely hood of affect.  (Since Hao is using willpower dominate)
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:This technique without hao generates fear in Npcs and weaker PCs.  The fear weakens their ability to defend themselves.  When hao is combined in addition to hao’s affects the technique will cause those is range ears to ring for 2 posts after they wake up.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:For those who are out of range of technique  he is a sitting duck easily open to attack.  Strong willpowers that allow the person to overcome fear in order to still attack.

Tier 2 Technique Name:Flight
Tier 2 Technique Type:melee AOE 15m

Wherever they land they will create a crater which gives the AOE.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:Momentum adds to techniques power.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:Long setup potentially easy to dodge.

___________________________________________________________________

Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses:Some techniques  don't depend on the balance of the person executing it therefore those attacks will still work against the user.

Tier 3 Technique Name:Harmonic Convergence

Sorry that a staff member didn't look at this sooner.

Skill name: - Are you keeping that blank?

Lullaby:  For your strength. Is there more to it? It seem unfinished.

-
This will help pacify crowds of people. For PCs that still fight after this technique they won’t be as enthusiastic which could mean

Scales: For your strength. Second sentence seems incomplete.

Destroys physical objects (tier appropriate) that come in contact with it.  Opponents will find

Death Mimicry: You didn't add in Technique Type

@On unrelated note. Don't forget to make your character.

Okay I am here, lets start working on these skills and getting them approved. The first issue I have which is a small one is with this skill here.

Hao haki can be added to this attack

How would this weaken pc ability to defend themselves? Keep in mind pc's can resist these things and may not act the way you want. We can't force people into something.

Also keep in mind you won't be creating craters with tier 2 techs just yet, and that your damage is tier appropriate.

People sometimes get petrified by their fear, unable to react. Fear can also cause irrational decisions. I reworded however

A crater is just a bowl shaped impression in the ground. Which is something T1 can do but as I have mentioned I am operating under the belief that you will reach Kalli and I will be T3.

Yeah but a tier 1 tech is the peak of normal human power. You're not making craters at t1 or t2. Also the problem is you can't force people to rp they are petrified or super scared. So chances are they aren't.

T1 is arlong/luffy Arlong park strength if you break stone you can leave an impressing in dirt/ground. Edit It is AOE attack that produces a sound based shockwave after gaining momentum from spinning from at least 1 story drop.  The shockwave in combination with his fist alone would smash the ground up

Haki rules cover that technique for when haki is applied.  Other than that I am unconcerned about Pcs willingness to cooperate.  The weakness gives them their out.

As long as you know that even if they are in range they aren't necessarily going to respond to you in fear especially if their character isn't like that.

I'm going to leave the approval with Wulfric. Unless it's ready for a double approval, in which if he says so I will look over it.
