Frost M. Kino

Frost M. Kino

Skill Name: Hie Hie no Mi
Skill Type: Primary, Devil Fruit - Logia
Skill Information: Kino's abilities with the Hie Hie no Mi. Ice. It freezes shit 99% of the time.
Skill Strengths:
+ Ice is as strong as the weapons equal to the user's tier
+ Most attacks can be infused with Haki.
+ User is immune to the severeness of cold. While Ice would normally damage one's skin perma, the Hie-Hie makes the user be able to turn into ice, therefore is immune to any damage it would do.
+ User can create structures and weapons with this skillset
Skill Weaknesses:
- If user somehow falls into the sea w/o freezing it they can't swim
- Haki
- Seastone
- Any other normal DF weakness.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Pillar
Tier 1 Technique Type: Supportive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: User creates a pillar underneath his feet. User can either stand on said pillar or use that for an increased jumping ranged height. Pillar is three meters tall.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
+ Allows for ease with dodging things.
+ Allows user to jump high.
+ Ice.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Once in the air, it is harder to dodge.
- Pillar only remains for one post.
- Height jump bonus only when created, can't jump the post after.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Shield
Tier 1 Technique Type: Defensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 3 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: User creates a shield which lasts for five posts, the cooldown begins after the shield is destroyed or melts.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
+ User is capable of blocking mostly anything on par with their tier and in few cases even a tier above them.
+ Shield is mobile, created on the user's arm like a normal shield and is attached to it. To a normal person, this would damage the skin but the Hie-Hie's passive prevents this.
+ Shield's range can be made to suit the user's requirements or preferences. A shield can be made two meters tall and one meter wide or can be a perfect circle with the diameter of two meters.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Ice melts after five posts
- Shield can only block a Tier higher than the user's upon creation or the post after it. Becomes too weak to block a tier higher afterwards.
- If blocking a T+, user's shield will be vulernerable to their own tiers attacks after. (Shield is weakened. If a T5 user blocks a T6 attack, then the user's shield is destroyed when blocking a T5, depending on the attacks blocked.)

Tier 1 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Wall
Tier 1 Technique Type: Defensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 4 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: User creates a five meter tall, five meter wide wall which is capable of blocking attacks on par with the user's tier, and then some.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
+ Wall capable of blocking T+ attacks
+ Capable of shielding multiple people
+ Removes vision of the user if used correctly.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Wall only stays up for three posts, then cooldown sets in. Can't use wall after it's made until CD finished
- Limited range for protection
- Can block people's path, allies and enemies.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Weapon
Tier 1 Technique Type: Supportive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: User creates a lasting weapon which will remain for up to ten posts. Cooldown activates after weapon is destroyed or melts.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
+ Lasting weapon, in case the user has no other weapons. (Kino is a weapons master.)
+ Ice weapon can combat weapons at equal tier to user.
+ Can be any type of weapon described by user.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Weapons which may produce heat result in the weapon having halved amount of posts to be around.
- Weapons break if hit with a weapon from a tier higher than it
- Usually the size of a katana, so nothing too large.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Large weapons
Tier 1 Technique Type: Supportive.
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: User creates large weapons, like broadswords, and mallets. Weapons stay around for ten posts before melting.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
+ Longer range than regular weapons
+ More Damage
+ Can collide with weapons of equal tier to user
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Can't combat a T+ weapon compared to user's tier
- Heat based weapons
- Somewhat heavier than normal weapons

Tier 2 Technique Name: Ice Age
Tier 2 Technique Type: Supportive, long ranged
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: User can perform this technique using two possible methods. The first involves actual contact with the water, where the part of the user's body touching the water must be turned to ice, (Though usually their entire body is turned to ice.) The other way involves the user aiming at the water somehow, either pointing their finger at it, pretending their hand is a gun and aiming that way, aiming their palm towards it, doesn't have to be with the hand either. The ocean is Frozen, and this technique can last up to three IC days. The range for this technique is equal to that of a technique equal to the user's tier. Alternatively, the user can freeze their own feet in ice and walk across water, making small stepping stones which connect with each other, making a three foot long, thin bridge which depending on the user's tier may break easily.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
+ Avoids the user's inability to swim
+ Anything in the water freezes too.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
- If the user is hovering over water and in some way is unable to do this, then the result is probably drowning.
- This technique doesn't always freeze to the bottom of the ocean. Depends on how close to the ground you are, or to an island. glacier created will typically sway and rock, which can cause unbalance.

Tier 2 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Ice Capsule
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive, melee
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: User must be in contact with the target, usually done by placing their own hand on them, or giving them a nice "Warm" hug. Ice can be melted by putting the target underwater or allowing them to rest in it, however must be done before 30 posts within a topic, or a day IC. Any longer than that and they will die.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
+ Freezes intended target
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
- Easy to unfreeze, just run underwater for 3 posts or toss into the sea and instantly unfrozen.
- Melee

Tier 2 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Pistol
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive, mid-ranged
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: Four posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: User uses their hand in the shape of a gun, specifically a pistol. Upon bending their thumb an shard of ice launches towards where they are aiming, and freezes what it touches. Freezes for a foot wide, if hits a limb can freeze half of it. (Either the side which it hits or the upper/lower half, between joints) User gets four shots before the technique goes on cooldown, cannot be used until after the cooldown finishes from point of use.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
+ Used for long range freezing, can cause immobility.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
- Only freezes a small amount opposed to freezing melee.

Tier 2 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Band-Aid
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive, melee
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: User drops the temperature for a single attack, besides Hie Hie no Ice Capsule. The sub-zero temperatures will apply a cover of ice for any wound the user inflicts on any one target, causing the wound to not heal as easily. This is somewhat fatal, as it can cause infections. Besides that, it's really just made to make some badass scars on your opponent. Examples; User cuts the target, instead of bleeding the cut will turn to ice, preventing the target from healing.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
+ Can cause scarring on opponent and can cause infection.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
- Not really providing much except a long-term thing.

Tier 3 Technique Strengths:
+ A huge AoE, not in terms of range but can be devastating in terms of power.
+ Cuts
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses:
- Merely covering yourself for a while will protect you, if defense is suitable.
- Harms user if not careful, in the middle of storm when using this technique always

Tier 3 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Dome
Tier 3 Technique Type: Defensive, short ranged
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 3 posts
Tier 3 Technique Description: User places their hands on the ground, allowing a dome created from Ice to be created. Dome is as durable as user's tier.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths:
+ Can have allies stored inside.
+ Good AoE defense.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses:

Tier 3 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Pillar
Tier 3 Technique Type: Supportive, defensive, offensive, long range
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 5 posts

- Only on one arm
- Only one at a time
- Can only block from up to the tier

Tier 4 Technique Name: Defrost Included
Tier 4 Technique Type: Supportive, Long-range
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown:  2 posts

Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses:
- Nothing provided.

Tier 4 Technique Name: Hie Hie no Wonderland
Tier 4 Technique Type: Offensive/Supportive, Long ranged
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown: 10 Posts
Tier 4 Technique Description: User stands still for a moment, as ice begins to spread out to the full extent of this Technique's range, covering everything with ice. This freezes the feat of his opponents, and can do it selectively, or freezing anything which enters it's range. Only freezes people's legs, which they can break out of if they are within three tiers below the user. If they don't break out before five posts, they freeze over completely
Tier 4 Technique Strengths:
+ Freezes over an area, causing the temperature to drop to freezing temperatures.
+ Freezes enemies.
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses:
- Area is slick due to ice, can harm user and allies. (Slip'n slide plz.)
- If it's above a hundred degrees ice will melt after five posts, temperature not dropping.

Tier 4 Technique Name: Frostbite
Tier 4 Technique Type: Offensive, melee
Tier 4 Technique Cooldown: 10 posts
Tier 4 Technique Description: User's hand is cloaked with an ice-like substance, frost for the sake of reference. The user focuses on touching their target, mainly their targeting arms and legs. After touching their target, an imprint of their hand is marked on the target, which can only be washed off with water. The ice begins to spread, eventually encasing their entire limb after ten posts. After that it spreads to their torso, and begins to take the rest. Their torso is covered up after five more posts, and the rest of the limbs in three posts after the torso. Once it cloaks an entire limb of an opponent however, it will begin to chip away their body, to the point to where after ten posts after reaching their  torso, it can remove the first limb touched. Can kill depending on whether or not the target has a way to control blood loss, because if there is a loss of limb then it can cause severe bleeding.
Tier 4 Technique Strengths:
+ Good for stalling out fights if need be.
+ Doesn't exactly kill your targets, however can cause lack of limbs. And bloodloss, both are good for the technique tho, considering it's used for fighting.
Tier 4 Technique Weaknesses:
-Other logia's can phase through it.
-Takes a long time to consume.
