Resistant to Fire
Resistant to Sand
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
Loses to Water
Loses to Electricity

Tier 2 Technique Name: Iron Hand
Tier 2 Technique Type: Paramecia
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 6 posts

It is very useful, as it can serve for an attack and a defense.  Lasts five posts, then it falls apart and has to be reformed again.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
Reduces Fire Attacks by a tier
Reduces Sand Attacks by a tier
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:
