Skill Name:
Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
Skill Type:
Paramecia
Skill Information:
"The Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that bestows its user the ability to repel everything they touch, and is physically represented as paws on the user's palms, making the user a Paw Human (肉球人間 Nikukyū Ningen?),The paws are permanently engraved into the user" [Information from the One Piece Wikia]

Skill Strengths:
- Ability to push virtually anything touched, causing it to fly at high speed.
- The former INCLUDING both tangible and intangible materials, such as people, objects, even air and ghosts.
- Ability to deflect attacks
- Ability to use the devil fruit to propel oneself across distances

Skill Weaknesses:
- Deflecting attacks can only be done with the bare hands
- Inability to swim
- All devil fruit abilities rely on using the hands to perform
- If not constantly on alert, can be caught off-guard and render powers useless.

Tier 1 Technique Name:
Endurance
Tier 1 Technique Type:
Supportive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:
4 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
Allows for the user to grasp the intangible object known as 'pain' and force it from their body, allowing them to become numb to the sensation for a short time, thus offering the ability to withstand great amounts of damage without flinching, however still taking the damage upon their bodies.

Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- Ability to stretch out a battle longer than normally intended
- Provides the upper-hand of not feeling pain for a short time
- Can intimidate an enemy by not showing fear of their attacks

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- While it allows for the user to no longer feel pain, they still take damage
- The length depends on the user's endurance rather than strength, making it difficult for one who focuses purely on strength]
- Lowering dexterity, making it difficult to counter attacks at times.

Tier 1 Technique Name:
Palm Blast
Tier 1 Technique Type:
Ranged
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:
2 Posts per palm [ Total of four posts if both palms used ]
Tier 1 Technique Description:
Using an unwrapped palm, the user strikes forward, thrusting the palm toward an enemy as it sends a blast of pressured air toward them at a speed that is equal to the user's strength
[Range is 20 Meters]

If it hits, it would do damage based on the strength of the user, however the larger the range that the target is from the user, the less damage it does. [ I.E if an enemy is ten meters or less, the attack does full damage but if the enemy is at the maximum 20 meters, it will only do half]

Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- Provides a ranged weapon to the user's arsenal
- Can be used once with each palm before the cool-down is activated
- Is very useful when not in-range of melee

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- If the enemy has a high dexterity, it is quite possible that they will dodge it.
- Is not as powerful the further an enemy is
- Palms must be uncovered to use

Tier 1 Technique Name:
Soul Grasp
Tier 1 Technique Type:
Melee
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:
6 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user strikes a palm into an enemy's chest where their heart is located and pauses for a short second before pulling back and taking a portion of their "Soul" with the palm. [The "Soul" in question is the intangible will to fight, thus in turn taking away an enemy's will]

This has two separate effects, one for NPCs and one for PCs: For NPCs of equal to or one tier higher than the user, the attack will immediately cause them to become unconscious and unable to fight for the remainder of the thread. For PCs the attack will instead lower their endurance in an equal amount to the endurance of the user.

Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- Useful for NPC battles
- Can change the tide in an ordinary fight if coupled with an ally whom can use this as an opening
- Is done quickly

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- The lowering of the user's strength
- The cool-down which only grows longer as the user gets stronger
- If the user does not have at least half of the target's endurance, the attack is null.

Tier 1 Technique Name:
Knock-back
Tier 1 Technique Type:
Melee
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:
4 Posts [ Per palm, each palm having a separate cool-down ]
Tier 1 Technique Description:
Striking an enemy with an uncovered palm, the user would send them backward with a powerful blast of pressured air ten meters, thus giving some breathing room when fighting in close quarters, or the ability to throw one off of a ledge or cliff.

Other than the obvious, this attack does not have any specific stat gains or losses, due to the fact that it is simply using one of the most basic forms of the Devil Fruit's power and applying it to the palms.

Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- Sends an enemy backward ten meters
- Can be used when fighting in a group to knock an enemy into others
- Useful for knocking an enemy into an allies attack

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- As with other techniques using the palms, they must be uncovered to provide any sort of effectiveness.
- If both palms are used, the cool-down can be a downfall
- Damage relies strictly on either allies following up, or the enemy being thrown into a hard surface or another weakness of their own.

Tier 1 Technique Name:
Aiding the weak
Tier 1 Technique Type:
Supportive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:
6 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
Allows the user to take an allies pain and absorb it into themselves, thus granting them the ability to fight on when things seem desperate.
[Lasts three posts]

Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
- Useful when an ally must be kept fighting due to their abilities or power.
- If the user is in their Endurance state, the pain will not phase them and they will only lose their Stats.
- It lasts long enough for the ally to either end a fight or flee from it.

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:
- The fact that the user must feel the pain
- Loss of endurance
- Long cool-down.

[Range is 20 Meters] - Tier ranges have been change. This needs to be adjusted

Tier 1 Range:
Close: 0-5 Meters
Mid: 6-10 Meters
Long: 11-15 Meters
Area Attack Radius: 5m (An attack with user at the center)
Area Attack Radius: 2.5m (An attack that travels)
