Skill Name: Horu Horu no Mi (Horm Horm Fruit)
Skill Type: Paramecia
Skill Information:
Horu Horu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to create and control special hormones that can affect anyone they strike by however the user desires. These hormones can manipulate various aspects of a person such as gender, body temperature, pigmentation, growth, and even emotional state. The hormones can also be used to greatly increase a person's battle capabilities through healing and energizing. By turning four of their fingers into syringes and stabbing a person, the user is able to inject these hormones and change the person on a genetic level based on what the user desires.
Skill Strengths:

  • User can make the opponent feel hopeless
  • The user can weaken an opponent or temporarily distract them by changing their hormones
  • The user can Heal and give energy bonuses to self

Skill Weaknesses:

  • Can't affect people with fruit that gives hardened skin, or opponents wearing metal armors
  • Requires up close combat, more potential for damage.
  • Can't really do any battle damage, only good for distractions and weakening foes.
  • Can't strike more then one person at a time.


Estrogen Strike:
Tier 1 Technique Name: Estrogen Strike
Tier 1 Technique Type: Melee/Close Range
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user uses the syringes on their fingertips to stab the target, using hormones to change the foe's gender to the opposite (i.e male to female, female to male). Once the syringes break the skin, there is no stopping the process from happening, and only the user can change it back.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

  • Temporary confusion or panic gives an opportunity to attack
  • The user can change their own gender and the genders of their allies to work as some sort of disguise.
  • The user can make edits to already existing parts of their body related to their gender(i.e increase breast and hip size, height, weight.)

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

  • Can't change the gender of genderless species or species with only one gender
  • Can't change the gender of species that don't have the same gender characteristics as a human(i.e wouldn't work on a species that had tentacles and six mouths, etc.)
  • Can't affect the target if they aren't in a solid form(i.e changed their water, shadow, etc.)
  • Changing back to the original gender too quickly can cause mutations, the user has to wait a short while (5 posts) until they do it again.


Healing Hormone Strike:
Tier 1 Technique Name: Healing Hormone Strike
Tier 1 Technique Type: Assistive/Close Range
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 5 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user uses their syringe-like fingertips to strike the target, and it releases hormones the boosts the target's healing capabilities to its full potential, causing faster health regeneration. This effect lasts 3 posts
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

  • The user can strike themselves and recover more health
  • This technique also works with diseases and illnesses
  • The technique also works on animals

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

  • The amount of health regained is based on the target's healing abilities. If a wound is too great and the target is too weak, the target will still die.
  • Objects imbedded in the skin will not come out with this technique. A bullet, for example, would be imbedded in the area it made contact forever after the wound closes.
  • If the user is under a magical disease or sickness, the technique won't be able to heal it unless the target is capable of naturally healing magical injuries.
  • Whole limbs cannot be recovered, regardless of the target's healing abilities.


Energy Strike:
Tier 1 Technique Name: Energy Strike
Tier 1 Technique Type: Assistive/Close Range
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 4 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user strikes the target and hormones are given that supplies the target with a temporary boost of energy. This effect lasts the rest of the day(i.e the task)
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

  • Gives an ally a boost of energy even when badly injured
  • Effect is long lasting
  • Technique also gives a temporary 5 point boost to whatever stat the target is lacking in.

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

  • This technique has a bad after affect of fatigue. The more times it is used on a specific person, the more fatigue they get afterwords.
  • The technique doesn't do anything physical performance, it depends on the user what all the energy does.
  • The new found energy can make target think they are capable of doing things they actually can't. A 5-year old would think they would be able to run up a wall, for example.
  • The more the user burns the energy given, the more taxing it is on the after effect.



Emotional Strike:
Tier 1 Technique Name: Emotional Strike
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive/Close-Rang
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 3 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user strikes the target and based on what the user desires, the target feels an emotion strongly. The effect lasts for 3 posts.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

  • The user is able to heavily influence others
  • The user can make targets surrender in battle
  • The user can make others do dirty work for them.

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

  • Those with higher intelligence are not as heavily affected.
  • The target can convince themselves and be convinced by others that they don't actually feel that way.
  • The user cannot control the thought process the new emotion creates, sometimes the target can form different conclusions and make the situation worse.
  • The emotional output given to the target is heavily influenced by how the user feels, so if the user is not calm when the technique is used, it's very difficult to control the emotion given.



Silencing Strike:
Tier 1 Technique Name: Silencing Strike
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive/Short Range
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 3 posts
Tier 1 Technique Description:
The user strikes the target and the hormones effect their vocal cords, effectively muting them. They are silenced for 3 posts.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:

  • The user can successfully kidnap or avoid their presence being alerted immediately.
  • The user can withstand torture to avoid revealing information temporarily
  • The user can quiet their breathing to sneak past foes.

Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:

  • In the amount of time it takes to strike a foe, noises could be made by the opponent.
  • When the vocal cords return, the voice is slightly cracked and hoarse, repeated use on the same person could potentially ruin a voice.
  • The target can still whisper
  • Doesn't affect animals or people in animal forms.
