Skill Information: Adrian is considered the Northern Wind of the seas, able to summon the winds and transform into them with ease. Bringing cold and despair with him, Adrian becomes a true terror.

Tier 1 Technique Description: Adrian will cause the area 30 meters around himself to suddenly have wind thrusting objects into the air, including people. The force is that of a gale, along with chilling the things up-drafted.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -Allows for disorientation for those affected
-Can clear a path or disarm people
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -Can only updraft people of a lower tier.
-The area 1 meter around Adrian is not up-drafted, so a close-proximity person may avoid this.
Tier 1 Technique Name: Tempest: Spiral

Tier 1 Technique Description: Adrian forms around his arm a massive drill of wind, capable of acting like a weapon equal to one tier lower of his tier in terms of power. Its drilling force only lasts for a single post.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -High-powered drilling mechanic
-Condenses excess winds produced into the drill, ensuring maximum power.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -Only extends a meter from Adrian's hand.
-Very brief duration.
Tier 1 Technique Name: Tempest: Eternal Blade

Tier 1 Technique Description: Adrian may produce arcs of wind with just the fan of the hand, acting like blades equal to two tiers lower than Adrian's in terms of power. These arcs extend out to 20 meters and are 5 meters long if measured perfectly straight.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -Can be produced as fast as Adrian can swing
-Allows for a flurry of blades of wind.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -Very narrow in terms of where it can hit
-Adrian can only launch straight-shooting arc.
Tier 1 Technique Name: Sonic Punch
Tier 1 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 4 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: Adrian thrusts his fist forward, commanding wind to form a singularity between the point of impact and his fist, creating a forward explosion of force to push back whatever it strikes. If the target is weak enough, he can punch a solid hole through them.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -Optimized for disorienting and knocking foes back.
-The burst extends out to 1 meter, condensing its force.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -The burst can only punch holes in people at least two tiers lower than Adrian.
-Required a precise strike as the burst is narrow.

Tier 1 Technique Description: Adrian brings his arms back and fans them forward as hard as he can, unleashing five parallel arcs of wind from each hand as well as an initial and following galestorm. The arcs of wind are equivalent to blades of his tier striking at full force. This extends out to 100 meters with a width of 20 meters.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: -High coverage area
-Capable of slicing up inanimate objects.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: -Doesn't distinguish friend from foe.
-Leaves Adrian open momentarily before and after use.

Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian furiously clenches his fist and extends only his index finger, pointing in a direction and unleashing a highly condensed bolt of wind that creates a sonic boom in front of him. The bolt reaches out to 40 meters per tier.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Allows a long-range, very condensed bolt of power.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Very narrow and only shoot straight.
Tier 2 Technique Name: Tempest: Rotissery
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive/Defensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 4 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian creates a turbine of wind to spin furiously, casting anything within it that can be affected into a trapped state for 2 posts, furiously rotating the object or person inside. This covers a width of 10 meters and extends out to 15 meters.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -High-powered turbine-like force.
-Good for trapping enemies or preventing projectiles from striking
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Limited range
-Those of equal tier and higher are not affected.
Tier 2 Technique Name: Tempest: Pressure
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 7 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian creates a cylinder capsule made of wind, increasing the pressure tremendously on the inside, the pressure increasing every post for 3 posts.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -This can be lethal for those two tiers lower than Adrian.
-The cylinder is 10 meters tall and has a diameter of 5 meters.
-The pressure increases to a point where lower tier people cannot stand it after two posts, unless they are more than two tiers lower where they will immediately not be able to stand it if captured.
-Traps those equal and lower tier within
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Does not effect higher tiers until the third post, so it is pretty negligible.
-This technique is easy to dodge
-Adrian cannot move more than 30 meters away from the cylinder.
-Equal tier people can only be trapped, not crushed by the pressure.
Tier 2 Technique Name: Tempest: Ravine
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 3 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian sends a blade of wind to tear the ground apart, creating a 30-meter-deep ravine after slicing the ground up to 80 meters out. It appears to be a wall of pluming wind, curving and twisting possibly or possibly staying straight. It all depends on how he directs it.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Long-distance earth-injuring technique
-Capable of slicing those of two tiers or greater lower than Adrian's tier in half.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Can cause unnecessary damage
-Those who can fly can dodge it
Tier 2 Technique Name: Wraith Form
Tier 2 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown: 6 Posts
Tier 2 Technique Description: Adrian may enter a Wraith mode that makes him completely ethereal yet harmless for 2 posts. He may go invisible, but then it will only last 1 post.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths: -Allows for an escape or stealth contingency.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: -Momentarily after reverting, Adrian is vulnerable and cannot perform other actions for the entire post besides moving from point a to point b.

Tier 3 Technique Name:Tempest: Rejection
Tier 3 Technique Type: Passive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: N/A
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian is capable of releasing bursts from his body of wind that will slam into the unknowing with a mighty force akin to a Reject Dial. He may do this from any part of his body and it extends out to 3 meters, condensing all of its force. Using his hands, he may instead simulate an Ax Dial with the force of a reject dial. Also, from his joints he may use bursts of wind to simulate a Jet Dial, allowing him to increase the momentum and speed of his attacks.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -Allows for enhanced attacks
-Allows for Dial simulation
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -Not optimal against those using fruits that can repel blunt attacks (save for the Ax Dial simulation).
-Cannot make contact with other logia users unless haki enchants it.
Tier 3 Technique Name: Tempest: Jet Torrent
Tier 3 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 2 posts
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian may condense wind into a tiny jet, launching it like a dart and causing it to burst, releasing a ray of slicing wind that spreads to 20 meters wide and reaching out to 100 meters. It releases a storm of miniature, slicing arcs that are so numerous and jumbled together, they are no longer individually visible.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -Powerful in its own nature
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -Can cause unnecessary danger.
Tier 3 Technique Name: Tempest: Tear
Tier 3 Technique Type: Offensive

Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian causes an area of 30 meters to experience either such a heightened or lowered air pressure that the person is immobilized and unable to brief. This lasts for 3 posts and it is up to the affected to leave the area to be safe.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -Can suffocate up to equal tier.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -Higher tiers can breathe and they can resist the pressure change.
-Adrian must stay inside a 3-meter-diameter bubble of unchanged air.
Tier 3 Technique Name: Dragon Tempest
Tier 3 Technique Type: Offensive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: 4 Posts
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian summons a sphere of razor wind that is pinkish-colored, engulfing someone in a sphere with a diameter of 5 meters. It condenses all of its power to ensure maximum shredding.
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -Can shred apart equipment lower than Adrian's current tier.
-The Sphere consists of razor wind, shredding at the captured.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -Stays in place so it is wasted if dodged.
-Cannot touch logia without being enchanted by busoshoku.
Tier 3 Technique Name: Tempest: Blade
Tier 3 Technique Type: Passive
Tier 3 Technique Cooldown: N/A
Tier 3 Technique Description: Adrian condenses wind into a razor-sharp blade that can act like a logia-user, using Adrian to decide whether things pass through it or it cuts. Condensing all of its power, it also lowers the air pressure in the area (Adrian uses wind to compensate for himself).
Tier 3 Technique Strengths: -Creates a powerful sword equal to Adrian's tier that utilizes a saw-like ability.
Tier 3 Technique Weaknesses: -Must be coated in Haki to interact with logia-users that do not use solid elements like ice.
