Skill Name: Azazel's Hand
Skill Type: Close/Hand to Hand
Skill Information: The user gains the ability to manipulate and create corruption, even stimulate corrupt feelings. This means that you have the power to change things from what they're original purpose was. For example, a skin protects the body, with corruption you can go through the protection since its been changed to allow you into the body. This only working on organic things of course.
Skill Strengths: Gains the ability of corruption or changing the purpose of things.
Skill Weaknesses: Mainly close range.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Corrupt Phaser
Tier 1 Technique Type: Close
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: None
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user activates Azazel and a passive activates as well. The passive allows Azazel to phase through organic materials only. Anything living is capable of being phased through. Anything organic is not phased through at all, Azazel stays in the same gauntlet like state. Things like swords, bullets, and walls can't be phased through.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: Capable of passing through organic materials, no cooldown.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: Close ranged, doesn't phase through everything.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Corrupted Release
Tier 1 Technique Type: Close
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 2 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user releases a blast of corruption much like air that sends people flying back. The user can even release the corruption half a second before the user punches forward to catch the enemy by surprise. The corrupt blast itself elf goes up to 2.5 meters out. The blasts go up in tier for minimum close range each tier.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: Shoots half a second before pucnhing.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: Still close ranged.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Corrupted Being
Tier 1 Technique Type: Close
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: Usage per post x 2
Tier 1 Technique Description: When Azazel passes through organic material, this technique has to be activated. The corruption within Azazel activates, slowly corrupting anything inside the organic being. Things like organs and limbs will start to fail from the corruption. It takes 5 whole posts for anything to fully fail. For example, the heart pumps blood to allow oxygen from flow throughout the body. Corrupt the heart, it ceases to pump oxygen and the organ shuts down. You must remain in contact with the heart, on top of this if you don't manage to last long enough to shut the organ down entirely then side effects will take place. Look at what organs being shut down has what side effects. Higher tiered opponents won't be effected as much by the corruption because to them it's a weak form of it. The corruption's side effects will kick in shortly after removing Azazel from the targeted areas and only lasts for a post.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: Can cause organic things to fail.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: Have to be inside something organic for this to even be activated, can auto take hits due to how close you have to be.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Concentrated Corruption
Tier 1 Technique Type: Medium
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 3 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: Azazel concentrates the corruption inside of itself and forms it into a little ball. The ball is then thrown capable of reaching 7 meters out and exploding from the unstable energy at the shock of being hit. Anything inside of the range of the ball is stunned for a single post. The ball's are of effect range is 3 meters. The ranges of the area of effect and throwing range goes up each tier for both medium and close range.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: Medium ranged, area of effect
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: If the user is inside the area of effect he is stunned as well, if hit while in the palm of the user's hand it will erupt due to being unstable.

Tier 1 Technique Name: Pinpoint Corruption.
Tier 1 Technique Type: Long
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown: 4 Posts
Tier 1 Technique Description: The user has Azazel concentrate corruption into a fine laser beam that shoots out to 11 meters away capable of going through flesh. The attack's range goes up each tier the user goes up for long range each minimum range for the corresponding tier.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths: Long ranged
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: Requires some time to concentrate the fine laser beam almost like the concentrated corruption but longer.

First of all, for the other techniques that doesn't name the function of "corruption" that needs to be fixed.

Secondly, for T1 techs as a T1 shutting down organs after 2 posts is waaaaay too fast. AT LEAST 10-15 posts with some way of removing the "corruption". Also like for Goro, you should allow your techniques to grow per tier.

Did you want to make the ranges per tier so they grow?

Seems like a few techs don't have that.
