Skill Type:Paramecia Close range
Skill Information:]This fruit allows the user to make anything the user touches to flatten like a flag
Skill Strengths:This fruit allows the user to make anything the user touches to flatten like a flag and still retain its natural characteristics like its toughness, strength and sharpness, but the weight is drastically reduced to the same as a flag, and flexibility increases.  Everything that is flattened can be made firm in a new permanent shape.  Items like ground and sand that are very loose are held together when under the effects of fruit. Can be use several times in one post before cool down
Skill Weaknesses: Standard devil's fruit weaknesses.  Its possible still cut or otherwise damage whatever is under the fruits affect.  In order for something to return to normal user must touch it again. Once the user is knocked out the fruits affects are canceled.  But if the shape was changed then it stays changed.

Tier 1 Technique Description:This is application of devil's fruit most basic ability of making things flatten and making them firm once again.
When user's body is flattened they can move along the ground like a serpent, Mickey's legs trailing behind maneuvering him.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:Allows the user to flatten an object and reduce its weight while keeping natural properties.  Allows the user to move of over terrain that has a lot of obstacles without faltering.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:There is a limit to what can be flattened based on the user tier/mastery of the fruit. At currently level

Tier 1 Technique Name:Origami: Dancing Rabbit
Tier 1 Technique Type: Arms length plus 1ft

Tier 1 Technique Description:The user transforms a metal weapon that large enough typically his hooked swords into the shape of large rabbit head.  The ears of the creation are sharp however and the mouth is slightly open revealing bucked teeth. User doesn't change the handles so it can hold the creation
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses: This technique is far less affective then utilizing his swords normally because the ran is reduced and their is less of a cutting surface.

Tier 1 Technique Name:Catching the the Breeze

Tier 1 Technique Description:After using his fruit ability on himself and becoming significantly less heavy he will dodge attacks fluttering and moving his body in ways that normally wouldn't be possible. This Technique is like Kami-e.  The differnce between the two is Kami &Kami-e don't actually decrease the bodies weight so if some manages to hit them they take full impact of the technique.  But with the Hira Hira user their body is like flag so if its blunt damage they are hit with their bodies shape will just adapt.  The difference between this and normal flutter is the user actively moves body trying to dodge by fluttering. With flutter he uses the technique on himself partially of fully without trying to dodge something purposely.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:Increases dodging, damage reduction when hit
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:Won't work on AOE attacks and attacks that to large in surface area (such as a blast of fire)

Tier 1 Technique Name:Rolling Rug
Tier 1 Technique Type:

Tier 1 Technique Description:There are two applications of this technique. After transforming the body the user will twist them selves up tightly mimicking a rug. He will then roll into targets knocking them over bowling pin style causing them fly into others.. Application two is used in conjunctions with his hooked swords (but can be most weapons).  The user will roll their body after transforming all but their hands and feet.  During this they will remain upright and unwind spinning fast while executing his sword technique.
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:Allows the user move quickly while clearing opponents out his path.  Can be used to hide.  Give more force to his sword technique.
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:Restricted use of arms and legs.  Spinning fast can lead to dizziness and disorientation. Field of vision is lowed while spinning.  

Tier 1 Technique Name:Parachute
Tier 1 Technique Type:Support
Tier 1 Technique Cooldown:2
Tier 1 Technique Description:The user makes a makeshift parachute out of himself or something he finds
Tier 1 Technique Strengths:Allows people other than the user to safely land from heights
Tier 1 Technique Weaknesses:Material available will determine the strength of the parachute. People could be to heavy for thee parachute(s) user can make

Tier 2 Technique Name:Flying Carpet
Tier 2 Technique Type:AOE 15m
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:2 post
Tier 2 Technique Description:This technique is activated normally by the tapping of the users foot.  But this is no a requirement because all i takes its contact with said surface.  Once in affect the ground in all direction or a chosen direction will ripple/flutter and become akin to a carpet.  Those standing on the affected ground other than the user will loose their balance and fall.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:This technique effectiveness will very depending on the type of ground i.e it's properties and weight of the target(s) in comparison to what tier the user is.  For example A tier 2 user couldn't affect a giant with this technique.

Tier 2 Technique Name:Straight Jacket
Tier 2 Technique Type: Touching
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:2
Tier 2 Technique Description:The user will their body is affected by the devils fruit will grab the target ideal from behind attempt to hold their body in place by wrapping their own body around them
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:Restricts targets movements
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses: User's can't restrict opponents who are significantly larger than they are.  The user is vulnerable while they are wrapped around target. The strength of the hold is based on the user personal strength and how they are holding the target

Tier 2 Technique Name:Lane closure
Tier 2 Technique Type:Mid: 6-40 Meters
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:3
Tier 2 Technique Description:A variation of flying carpet. This technique is used to pick make ground flutter/ripple but this time user grabs it and tosses it upward to form barrier/blockade. When the ground is locked it will keep its shape but will become thick as the amount of  ground used for the technique.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:can be used for defense.
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:The strength of this wall depends on the ground used.

Tier 2 Technique Name:Leaning Tower of Pisa
Tier 2 Technique Type:
Tier 2 Technique Cooldown:4
Tier 2 Technique Description:The user will user their ability on key support structure of a building. Causing it topple over or collapse.
Tier 2 Technique Strengths:This can be used to knock over building and if timed properly hit a target
Tier 2 Technique Weaknesses:Larger my structurally redundant buildings might require multiple uses of the technique.  Some structures don't have obvious visible supports.
